No free lamp for 4 month waiting. Scam!!!
By J. Tan
I cannot believe a big company like Epson will be scam. I bought the lamp at end of May and send out the request right away. But I didn't receive my lamp until end of August. Then I try to contact their CS. First lady find my rebate request and said they will ship it out in 2 weeks. But I didn't get anything. So I call again and the second one said she need to search for the status. It takes another two weeks for her to SEARCH. When I follow up on the status, she just said she is still checking. It takes her two weeks to check a rebate. No wonder the company can lose money. Well then I said can you make it faster because I cannot wait any more. Then she mad and didn't response any more.Apparently, they just don't want to ship you the lamp. Shame on you Epson.Regarding this product, it is not as good as expected, too. The brightness seems really dark for its lumins. Also, the screen setting is stupid. Everything you open it, it goes back to the default setting. It means you need to set it up again. Otherwise some content of your projection will be out of the projector screen.
