I have owned this projector for about 3 weeks now and would highly recommend it to anyone. The picture is sharp and very bright. It is bright enough to look good in a room with some ambient light but it looks best with the room very dark. I display this on a 100" projector screen I picked up for under one hundred dollars at the place I purchased the projector and have no complaints at all with the picture quality on what would be considered a cheap screen. Yes I do fill the entire 100" screen and no one has commented that it is too large sitting about 11-12 feet away. The motion is also much crisper than what you experience at a movie theater, theater motion almost makes me feel sick or at least annoyed, this seems natural. I have used this to stream netflix, watch dvd's, blu-ray, and even played a few pc games like Crysis on it and they all look fantastic. The user interface is very easy to use and provides picture presets with the ability to fine tune to your taste. Personally I am very happy with this projector but would suggest you keep an eye out for sales on it cause I purchased this for under a grand, it is worth a lot more in my opinion but you may get lucky too.

this LG projector has an excellent picture very sharp and bright even in low power mode. It's a little larger than some but no problem to mount.

I bought this projector and I absolutely love it! Installed it on the ceiling without any fuss having to go through multiple internal menus. The brightness is fantastic in a controlled light setting. My basement is completely dark, and it's movie theatre quality. I'm running about a 12ft. Wide screen at about an 18ft. Distance. Would highly recommend this unit.
